Draft Rewind 2011 – Will Rackley – Jacksonville Jaguars

What Ourlads NFL Scouting Services said about WILL RACKLEY: Lehigh, 6033 309 5.26. Four-year starter at left tackle. Has some natural strength and the raw tools to play on Sunday. Got work at the East/West Shrine practices at both right and left tackle. Played right tackle in the game. Moves easily with light feet. Decent arm length with big hands. Thick lower body. Dominated FCS level. Plays on his feet, rarely on the ground. Grabs the steering wheel and controls the defensive end. An effective knee bender who can redirect and shift weight quickly. Stays square with the ability to shadow the defender in pass protection. Works to finish his blocks with functional play strength and balance. Good effort to make a second block. Can adjust and sustain in space. Doesn’t overextend. Has the ability to recover and regain his balance. Has anchor strength. Has lateral range to block the edge. Needs overall technique work and development. Projects to guard on next level. A team captain. Did not run at the Combine due to left hip flexor. Ran a 5.26/40 at his pro day on 3/17/11. Fourth/fifth round. (A-33 1/4, H-10 3/8, BP-29, 10-1.84).
