ALABAMA & LSU LED ALL COLLEGES WITH 39 NFL PLAYERS
SEC COUNTRY: Alabama and LSU tied for the most players on NFL Kickoff 2017 active rosters with 39 each, the NFL announced today. LSU has ranked first the past three years, with 42 players in 2016, 40 in 2015 and 38 in 2014 on Kickoff Weekend rosters.

THE TALL AND SHORT OF IT: On NFL Kickoff rosters, there were 291 players weighing under 200 pounds, 286 players under six feet tall, and 332 players weighing over 300 pounds.
San Francisco has 14 players weighing less than 200 pounds, the most of any team in that category. New England and Tampa Bay have the most players under six-feet tall with 13 each. Detroit and Green Bay both have 13 players weighing over 300 pounds, the most in the league.
