Plays in a pro style offense. Talented running back with excellent lower body strength and vision. Runs with power, balance, and desire. Regularly breaks the first tackle. Presses the hole with body lean and strength. Finishes his runs. Can hop cut in the hole when he sees a soft spot. Drives his powerful legs on contact. Will step out of tackles and drag tackler for extra yards. Follows his blockers and displays unique running skills. Gets 40% of his yards after first contact. Sudden cut and burst. As with most feature NFL backs, he gets stronger as the game goes on. A powerful back who squares his shoulders running North and South. Has run the Wildcat offense taking the direct snap at times. Can shake a defender in the open field. Built like the Incredible Hulk with bowlegs. A three-down back who can catch the ball effortlessly and block. Has the grit to be an effective blocker in pass protection. Will step up and meet the blitzer in the hole. Can take and give out punishment as an impact player. Also a talented kickoff return performer. First year starter who has the talent to contribute early. Did not work out at the Combine due to knee scope. 2011 stats: 1679 yds, 21 TDs, 29 receptions, 339 yds, 3 TDs. First round/top 10 talent. (A-30 1/4, H-9 1/2, BP-DNP, SS-DNP).
