Has the ability to move his feet and execute various techniques required to play on the next level. Isn’t always pretty and smooth, but is effective. Can attain, maintain, and regain his balance. Cuts off the slant. Not a natural knee bender. Good use of hands to maul and control defender. Good on the second level. When he gets too tall he loses contact with target. Gets position and walls off. Marginal in space but gives effort. Good punch and slide. Powerful on down blocks. Improved his play in 2008. Had a strong game against Brian Orakpo in the Fiesta Bowl.
