Draft Rewind 2013 – Bacarri Rambo – Washington Redskins

What Ourlads NFL Scouting Services said about BACARRI RAMBO: Georgia, 6004 215 4.65. Three-year starter. Plays the ball well in coverage. Sixteen interceptions for the Bulldogs. Has over 200 career tackles. Reacts quickly to keys. A competitor who is poised and confident. Closes quickly on the ball on run support or deep down the field. Active and aggressive, heavy hitting safety. Good zone awareness, anticipation, reactions, vision, range, ball reactions, and close. Plays the ball in flight. Knocks it down. Strips or intercepts it. Good ball skills. Soft hands. Will extend and adjust for a tough interception. Makes plays. With his size he could easily be a team’s third on the field safety in sub packages. Good anticipation and closing quickness. Plays with a confident attitude. Has the length, coverage ability, and the courage to hit. Can cover the third wide receiver. Upgrades a career backup athletically. Was suspended for the first four games of the season. Needs to work on his body control at times when making a tackle. Will go for the big hit instead of consistently wrapping up. Must prove the off field issues are in the review mirror. 2012 stats: 73 T, 2 PBU, 3 INT, 3 FF, 1 FR. Medical exclusion at Combine – right hamstring. Third/fourth round. (A-31, H-9 1/8, VJ-34, SS-4.31).
