Senior Bowl and East West Shrine Game Special Teams

SENIOR BOWL

Justin Manton – Louisiana-Monroe

Tom Obarski K (Concordia-St. Paul) – 5100, 177. Made a 49 yard and a 28 yard field goal but missed from 44 and 43 yards. On eight kickoffs he averaged 62.8 yards and had two touchbacks. Justin Manton K (Louisiana-Monroe) – 6020, 196. Did the field goal kicking, punting, and kickoffs. He was booming his punts 50+ yards in practice and didn’t let up in the game with 3 punts averaging 49.7 yards with a long of 62 yards. He averaged 64.8 yards on kickoffs. He also placed two inside the 20-yard line. He made 2 of 3 field goal attempts for 22 and 29 yards, missing a 25 yarder. Kyle Loomis P (Portland State) – 6010, 222. Was launching his punts in practice and was impressive doing so. Only had one chance to punt in the game where he stuck a 47 yarder inside the 20-yard line. The former Army veteran also holds for PATs and field goals. Joe Cardona LS (Navy) – 6020, 241. Long snapper averaged .69 on punts and between .34 and .36 on short snaps in practice. Andrew East LS (Vanderbilt) – 6020, 239. Got a little work at linebacker but was out of place. As a long snapper he averaged .70 on punts during the week and between .37 and .39 on short snaps.

EAST-WEST SHRINE GAME

Marvin Kloss – South Florida

Marvin Kloss (South Florida) – 5111, 196. Kicked 4 of 4 field goals of 19, 30, 39, and 47 yards. Kickoffs were 5-7 yards deep in the end zone with 4.0+ hang times. Was the offensive MVP of the game. Spencer Roth (Baylor) – 6044, 223. Punted four times in the game for a 47.8 average. He placed three balls inside the 20-yard line. Good eye-hand and body coordination. Demonstrates good flexibility in his hips and legs. Niklas Sade (North Carolina State) – 6030, 215. Booted a 51-yard field goal on his only attempt in the game. A right-footed kicker who has good technique and leg quickness. Darragh O’Neill (Colorado) – 6005, 187. Demonstrated a strong leg in practice and made an impressive athletic move in the game where he leaped up and pulled down a high snap then got the ball off. Punted 6 times, averaging 42.0 yards per punt. He placed two inside the 20-yard line.
