Draft Rewind 2014: Crockett Gillmore, Baltimore Ravens

What Ourlads NFL Scouting Services said about CROCKETT GILLMORE leading up to the 2014 NFL Draft: Colorado State, 6057, 260, 4.85. Three-year starter. Caught 47 passes for 577 yards and was voted the Mountain West Conference 1st-team tight end. The scrappy move blocker plays with a good base and intensity in the run game. Catches the ball in his hands away from his body. Can make the low off-target catch. Finds the void in zone coverage, settles, turns numbers to the quarterback. Lines up at Y, X, and in the slot. Good concentration and reaction to the ball. He can get open. Position wall off blocker who can block in space. Only has played tight end for two years. Moved from defensive end in 2011. Big hands (10 3/8”) and long arms (33 3/ 4”) for the position. Needs to improve his base blocking and strength along with better use of hands when engaged. 2013 stats: 47-577, 12.3 ypr, 2 TD. OSR:14/18. Fourth/fifth round. (A-33 3/4, H-10 3/8, BP-18, VJ-33.5).
