The fifth annual NFLPA Collegiate Bowl was played on January 23, 2016 at the StubHub Center in Carson, California.

- 2012 99 players 5 drafted 49 free agents
- 2013 104 players 8 drafted 44 free agents
- 2014 109 players 14 drafted 63 free agents
- 2015 113 players 10 drafted 70 free agents
Mike Martz, former St. Louis Rams’ head coach, was the head coach of the American team for the second straight year. Mike Holmgren, former Packers’ and Seahawks’ head coach led the National team again. Missouri kicker Andrew Baggett booted six field goals and was named the game’s Most Valuable Player. The National team won the game by a score of 18-17.
